CATI Project Manager
Lorraine joined Protel in 2005 as CATI Supervisor and was promoted to CATI Project Manager in September 2008. Lorraine is responsible for the CATI interviewing team, ensuring that interview targets & deadlines are met and that our quality standards are never compromised. She is a natural leader, has excellent multi tasking skills and the necessary keen eye for detail required in this role.
