Annita Small founded Protel after over 20 years of working in the market research industry. Annita started her career in market research as a part time interviewer. She quickly progressed to full time work and managerial responsibility, working with some of the biggest agencies in the industry. Having been at the coal face, and not forgetting it, Annita is widely respected in the industry by clients and interviewers alike.
