CAPI (Computer Aided Personal Interviewing)
CAPI research is one of the fastest and most accurate
ways of collecting market research data. The use of interviewing
technology means interviewers do not have to worry about complex
routing or question rotations – all are handled by the computer
program. Graphics and multimedia displays such as video files
can be incorporated directly into CAPI questionnaires allowing
the testing of media such as TV advertising.
Using our team of over 800 UK interviewers we offer a full range
of CAPI services. All of our interviewers are trained in a variety
of CAPI techniques.
We are one of only a handful of agencies to have a team of interviewers
trained in using the sophisticated quantitative technique – Conjoint
Analysis. Unlike many other agencies, we have our own supply of
laptop computers built solely for projects that require Conjoint
Analysis.
